You are absolutely incredible. Makes me want to grow up and live my life keeping in mind that someone in this world still sings at your age and has incredible talent. Thank you for inspiring me. (Also, I’m a very big Taylor swift fan and this made me cry, the emotion in your voice. Wow)

  2. @mcincal6810 1 year ago (April come she will cover, Paul Simon, 2023)
I'm 15 and I feel like I'm the only person my age that is lucky enough to enjoy this music because all my friends hear the soft guitar playing and discard it as '40 year old dads music', but I know that it's them that have had 40 years to learn what good music is so I feel like I'm just early to the game. This is really amazing playing, well done.

  3. @alexisknox7981 1 year ago (Lonely day, S O A D Song, 2023) I'm a 23 year old kid. I dated 5 years and was married 3 with this girl. She took her own life a year ago. Only the nostalgic feeling of this man, who could easily be my grandfather can describe my sadness. God knows there's a lot of sorrow behind your eyes sir. You make me cry with that beautiful cover. God bless you.

I was scared to click on this one. This song hits really heavily for me. My amazing mother who pretty much raised myself, my brother, and sister had this as her favorite song. She had requested at her passing to have this song played at her fu
neral. When this song comes on I can't help but break down. She had passed away at home, and I had found her. Immediately as the EMS were arriving, I had played that song on my phone because I know its what she would have wanted. Such a powerful song to me. As humans, especially men, we are told to move on so quickly, and life never stops. When I put this 8 minute video on I took that time to stop and experience this emotion with you. Frank thank you so much for what you do. So much love for you and what you do.

It's amazing Nobody, how you are able to touch so many. I hope you get to share in some of the awesomeness that, reading for the comments, so many receive from you. It seems like such a simple thing, and it is, like my daughter said, not unkindly, she really enjoyed your On Melancholy Hill, "It's an old man playing guitar and singing"...she's a young teen...but in truth I've seen symphony orchestras playing Beethoven that haven't moved me as much as listening to your voice and guitar. Thank you for what you do

  6. @naireiben 1 year ago (Francis forever. A Mitski song, 2022, "This song was a request from my granddaughter, she made the image as well...")
Frank! I'm very quite new to your channel, literally stumbled upon you around 10 minutes ago. This is my third song I've listened from you, and I'm now currently on my fifth. You have been a joyful surprise to me this cold, lonesome evening. You captivated me with your delivery and now I can't stop listening to your songs.

I am quite an avid fan of Mitski, and this has been a song I've listened to thousands of times. Scrolling down your available songs, I audibly gasped in excitement over seeing this cover. Let me say, listening to it did not disappoint. You have captured the anguish and longing that Mitski conveys with the original song and turned it into your own version in expression of a hopeful love and joy about the world. You have changed how this song means to me.

I will continue listening to you, and I don't think you'll leave my listenings anytime soon. I don't normally write comments, but I just had to express how I felt. Every song I hear from you contains your soul. Your voice brings warmth and comfort, and I am more than grateful to bask in the pleasure of hearing you sing. Continue doing what you're doing, Frank. A big warm thank you from the bottom of this young soul's heart.

  7. @cassindamcquerry532 2 years ago (You can close your eyes , James Taylor song, 2021) The amount of emotion you put into each and every song you sing is just amazing and its like you are telling your life story, every song you sing just sounds like recalling the very full and beautiful life you've had just as memories to cherish now with full emotions and that sir is an amazing talent who no one has like you do. You are beyond an amazing, beautiful, humble and gentle soul. We need many more like you in this world.

I never had a relationship with any of my grandfathers they had all passed away before I was born or when I was just a baby, I never had a father that was around he was a drug addict and not in the picture. I never really had any male roll models….. I’m 32 years old now and still trying to navigate what it means to be a man in this world. Your music makes me feel so much emotion and I tear up on damn near every song I’ve clicked. I have 2 sons of my own now, I hope they look up to me… if only they knew im still just a boy myself in some ways looking for a roll model. I look up to you frank. Thanks for being so genuine. God Bless.

this is exactly what i needed in a cover of this song, i had to close my eyes to listen to it without tearing up. this isnt a song u belt, it's quiet and solemn but resolved in the face of uncertainty. im facing a lot of uncertainty in my life right now and sitting alone in my apartment, eyes closed listening to this man gently assure me that we'll face things together brought me some genuine peace. thank you for posting this, i never grew up with a grandpa in my life so i imagine it must feel fractionally like this.

I’m 16, my dad is getting older and this is one of his favorite songs. For me that’s how we are connected through music, and that’s how I cope with depression, your cover made me tear up immediately but it made me grateful to have my dad in my life. He is my best friend and I believe he saved me. thank you for this cover, I hope I can play the guitar like you one day, thank you for spreading joy to others’ lives. Thank you

You're are the best channel YouTube could ever recommended me. Thanks for so much soul and passion, I feel your emotions and the original artist's ones when you play the songs, please don't ever stop, watching your videos gives me energy and makes me happy, something I've been lacking in the last times. I'm already watching videos from 3 years ago!

You totally deserve a personal music album made for you. And the bustle and hustle world we live in indeed needs your music...So peaceful and elegantly calm. Your singing voice reminds me of Leonard Cohen. Many songs you covered are my all time favorites, and the world needs to be reminded of them all for those great music gem existing. Please do not stop to share your beautiful talent. Love from Taiwan :) <3

You're the best example of "keep doing what makes you happy". For 9 years you have been doing this, playing guitar and singing... this is so beautiful! I profoundly appreciate it. You have inspired me, thank you!

I don't know you and neither do you, but I must tell you that thank you for giving us so much and sorry for giving you so little, you deserve the followers you have and many more, thank you.

Before he died, my grandpa would put me on his knee or sit me next to him and play the mandolin and sing. This makes me wonder how those songs would have sounded to hear as an adult. Thank you for giving me an idea of what that might be like ️
